Client Brief: Strip out the existing tired floor and install a new incredibly versatile dance floor in 6 studios across the college. The floor was to suit all of their selected dance styles in one.

With some of the best facilities in the country and courses accredited at level 6 on The National Qualifications Framework, Performers College are a globally recognised Further Education College for the Performing Arts.
Teaching a huge variety of dance styles including tap on a regular basis, Performers College required one of the toughest dance floors Le Mark offer. With its smooth glide surface, high level of durability and impressive performance across a wide range dance styles, Le Mark’s Nocturne™ suited them perfectly.

The floor was installed in 6 studios across the college, covering over 460m2 and all completed within a short time scale.

Based in Corringham, Performers College is an independent Further Education College for the Performing Arts. With twelve dance and drama studios, three music studios, pilates studio, a library/computer centre, a fully equipped gymnasium and physiotherapy department it’s one of the most in-demand education centres in the country.
